Dear Jeremy,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the recent work you did for us at our lake home on Big Sandy. From the time I called for a quotation until the final payment, you handled yourself with kindness and professionalism.
The sauna is a beautiful addition to our property that has already gotten much use-and accolades. I presented you with a "kit" project that became so much more. Site prep (with another contractor) took much longer than expected due to spring weather and my hopes for a July 15th "christening" seemed lost. You made no guarantees but indicated you would do your best. Even with manufacturer instructions that were less than perfect, material set backs and a tree falling on your work area, you left our driveway at noon on the 15th job complete. And, thanks to you, I have a nice pile of wood cut to fireplace length (talk about going above and beyond!)
I appreciated your willingness to work directly with the manufacturer for delivery and any additional questions/materials. I also appreciated your attention to detail-adding items as needed (not included in the kit) to ensure the finished product was something we could be proud of. You understood how difficult it can be for a property owner to undertake a project they will only see on the weekends. You managed all the details that I couldn't.
I can recommend you highly for any size project. I have seen your work on homes in the area and clearly you are capable of any scope. You will be my first choice for any future projects.

"Working with Jeremy and his crew has been a fantastic experience. Paquette Design and Build re-roofed my cabin, installed log siding, put new windows in and paneled the interior with knotty pine. Jeremy also supervised carpet installation and other improvements. I live in Minneapolis and I had to rely on him to take care of anything that came up in the course of the work and he always did a first-rate job. He kept me informed of anything I needed to know in a timely manner and also added little aesthetic touches that were really above and beyond what I had expected. Dear Jeremy:
I am taking this opportunity to express a final thank you and a job "well done" in regard to the work that you and your employees did in cleaning up and repairing the flood damage to our cabin on Big Sandy Lake.
Because the water rose to a high level and stayed there for two weeks, significant damage was done to the walls, insulation, sheet rock, electrical, heating, and plumbing. In addition, the wellhead and the septic holding tank were submerged. I was overwhelmed!
You and your employees were up to the task, which I found thorough and well done. Having no place to stay and also dealing with a complicated pregnancy of our daughter, there was simply no way for me to oversee the project.
Besides you and your hardworking employees, you brought in independent contractors who were at the top of their game. I'm sure that cleaning out the building was not a pleasant task. It was cleaned, dried, and repaired to a condition that is literally better than the cabin was before the flood. In addition, you took the initiative to see that the power was restored, the septic system was checked and serviced, and the water well was serviced, chlorinated, and tested.
I was lucky. I had the chance to look at some of your other work before I contracted with you. I was lucky a second time when you agreed to take on my job. My wife and I are very pleased at the extra steps that you took to keep other parts of the cabin from being damaged or covered with sheet rock dust.
If anyone is considering Paquette Design and Build LLC for their building/remodeling project, feel free to refer them to me. I would enjoy visiting with them.
